Good Notch! Notch 9-1

Overall, our stay was exceptional! We will definitely stay in the future and highly recommend this condo. Positive: The condo was clean, cozy, and very well stocked: extra pillows, stand up bedroom fan, kitchen utensils, bbq utensils, laundry pods, coffee, creamer, etc. Additionally, the hosts were phenomenal; they were informative, attentive, and went above and beyond in helping to return an item we accidentally left. Negative: There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. A couple items we LOVE seeing in rentals is a bidet in at least one bathroom and a high velocity floor fan in the master bedroom. Who doesn’t enjoy an extra clean bum… and the high velocity fan cools better than a regular fan and the noise from the fan offsets neighbor noise and a husband’s snoring!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was beautiful and so quiet. Great view from the deck. Our host was very informative and friendly. She was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Highly recommend. Positive: We loved the location! Everything was right around the corner (landing, SDC, etc yet away from the business) Two pools. Fishing poles were provided - need to be in great shape to get to the pond! Very clean! Everything we needed to cook with was available (pans, utensils, etc) Loved that there was a washer/dryer. Some toiletries were provided. Plenty for our 4 night/3 day stay. Loved that it had a washer/dryer. Balcony has a 6 person table, a smaller table & single chair. Has a jumbo size connect 4. Negative: This is not a dislike rather a heads up. This place is very cozy! Loved the outside balcony for coffee & breakfast - would be awesome in the fall. We were there in the summer so mornings were fine but afternoons were warm. When I say cozy.....there's only room for one person to be in the kitchen at a time. Living room has a couch for 3 & loveseat for 2. Dining room table for 4 but very tight. We are not large people so it was fine for us. Bar has two chairs as well. With that being said, we did not vacation to just hang out at the condo. We were only there to use the condo to cook breakfast & sleep so everything was great. Master bedroom had a closet & dresser. Other bedroom had a closet only.

Once inside, the condo was comfortable even if very small. Only major complaint was door to balcony from living area. Door is installed backwards and the handle/lock extremely hard to open. Door swings back and requires heavy pulling to get it to work.
